Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light rum
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, stir all the ingredients together. Beat until smooth. If necessary, thin with a little more rum or thicken with a little more confectioners' sugar.
