  • 2 cups milk
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon plain flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

beat eggs
mix sugar and flour
add to egg mixture
add milk and butter and heat until hot not boiling
place in partly brown pie crust and finish baking in 350 * oven
pie is done when you can insert kitchen knife insand it comes out smooth

you can make custard cups by doing the following
fix six custard cups with above mixture
bake 25 minutes on 325* in pan of water (boiling) coming halfway up the sides of custard cups
