  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 t. dry mustard
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 cup shredded gruyere or cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. breadcrumbs

Step 1

Place cauliflower single layer in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Whisk together heavy cream, dry mustard, and salt. Pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese, then breadcrumbs on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until tender about 35-40 minutes.
