- 1 QUART ANNIES CREAM OF CRAB DIP (OR THE BEST YOU CAN FIND)
- 2 LBS CREAM CHEESE
- 1 LB CRAB MEAT

Step 1
EITHER IN A DOUBLE BOILER OR OVER A SIMMER PAD HEAT THE CRAB SOUP TO MEDIUM ADD THE CREAM CHEESE AND HEAT VERY SLOWLY TILL WELL BLENDED TRY NOT TO STIR TO MUCH SO YOU DON’T BREAK UP THE CRAB DIP (THAT IS ANOTHER REASON YOU HEAT IT VERY SLOWLY OVER VERY LOW HEAT)
WHEN HEATED THOUROULY ADD THE ADDITIONAL CRAB MEAT AND STIR VERY GENTLY.
WHEN TOTALLY HEATED AGAIN READY TO EAT.
THIS DIP CAN BE FROZEN AS THERE IS NO MAYONAISE IN IT.
(DO NOT REHEAT IN MICROWAVE LET DEFROST IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT AND HEAT VERY SLOWLY OVER A DOUBLE BOILER, YOU COULD ALSO HEAT IN THE OVEN IF FROZEN IN AN OVENPROOF DISH)
