Ingredients
- 1 lb large raw fresh Shrimp
- 1/4 t Butter
- 3 cloves of Garlic - crushed
- 1/4 c Parsley - chopped, divided
- 1 t Lemon Peel - grated
- 2 T Lemon Juice
- 4 Lemon Wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425. Remove shells and devein shrimp. Rinse well and drain on paper towels. Melt butter in oblong baking dish. Add garlic and 1T of parsley. Mix well. Add shrimp in single layer. Bake uncovered 5 minutes. Turn shrimp, and sprinkle lemon peel and juice, and remaining parsley. Bake 5 more minutes or until pink. TO serve garnish with lemon wedges.
