Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 6 T. cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 3 cups Rice Crispies
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs. Add next 4 ingredients. Bake in greased 9x13 pan for 30 minutes.
Cool brownies then spread marshmallow cream over the brownies.
In saucepan, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and add Rice Crispies and spread over marshmallow cream.
Best served cold.
NOTE: A brownie mix could be used.
