Tiramisu Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Click vanilla or mocha
  • 13 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 t. instant coffee granules dissolved in 1 t. hot water
  • 2 t. sweetener
  • 1/4 t. cocoa powder
  • 1 T. sliced almonds (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Add the Click to a small bowl and make sure there are any lumps.

Add the yogurt, Ricotta cheese, coffee and sweetener. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into 2 dessert dishes. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Sprinkle the top with almonds. Chill for 1 hour.
