Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh ground beef brown in its own juice
  • 4 potatoes cut up
  • 1 medium onion cut in sections
  • leftover vegetables or frozen vegetables

Preparation

Step 1

in large pot brown beef and onion together
then empty all your frozen leftover vegetables into meat and onions
add water, salt pepper and potatoes and cook one hour on low heat
simmer till serving time
serve with hot butted cornbread

never waste one bite of any vegetable even tho there may be only one tablespoon
keep a large plastic container constantly inside the freezer and add every morsel of leftover vegetable in to it time and time again
then use when ready for soup
