Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups unbleached white flour
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cups water (add more if too dry)
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T parsley
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (if it comes with oil, use this oil instead of the olive oil)
- 370 degree oven
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in the bowl and knead till well formed.
Roll out dough to approximately 1/2 inch, then cut with bone shape cookie cutter or in squares. Place on greased baking sheet for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
*Optional - 10 minutes before cookies are done, brush olive oil on top and sprinkle extra cheese on top. Cool in an airtight container. It can be froze for later use.
