pre heat oven to 200 Celsius grease oven tray, and lay baking paper on tray beat eggs whites with a pinch of salt until stiff continue beating gradually adding sugar, vinegar and vanilla until thick and glossy lightly fold in cornflour place on tray and spread into circle electric oven: turn oven to 130 c and bake for 1 1/2 hours Gas bake on 2oo for 10 minutes then turn oven to 130 and bake for an hour Turn oven off and leave pavlova in oven to cool.
