Ingredients

  • 6 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 15 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

-Place tenderloin in greased baking dish.
-Spread Dijon over the top of the tenderloin.
-Sprinkle pepper, thyme and rosemary on top of the Dijon coating.
-Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
