  • 1 3/4 cups AP flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup eggnog
  • Powdered sugar for rolling the cookies

Preparation

Step 1

-Mix together flour, cornstarch and salt in a mixing bowl.
-Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in the eggnog.
-Add flour mixture gradually until combined.
-Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
-Preheat oven to 350.
-Roll dough into 1in balls.
-Bake 12-14 minutes.
-Cool for 5 minutes and then roll in powdered sugar.
