Ingredients

  • ~ 1 Pound Macaroni (cook and drain)
  • ~ 1 Cup Celery (chopped)
  • ~ 1 Onion (chopped)
  • ~ 4 Carrots (shredded)
  • ~ 1 Green Pepper (chopped)
  • ~ 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ~ 2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • ~ 1/2 Cup Vinegar
  • ~ 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • ~ 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ~ 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

* Cook macaroni as directed. And Cool completely
* Mix other ingredients and add to macaroni
* Better if you chill for awhile in the fridge before serving.
