In a saucepan bring the water up to heat, grate the chocolate (it melts faster) once it melts just add the milk, and froth with a Molinillo, you can use a whisk if you don't have one. Pour into cups and enjoy!!

*if your using regular baking chocolate add the cinnamon and Almond extract along with the grated chocolate, and you may have add sugar or agave to taste.*
