Grilled Shrimp With Tangy Ginger Sauce

  • 1 pound medium to large shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 bottle chinablue Tangy Ginger Sauce - (3.5 oz) or 1/3 cup

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the shrimp onto 4 skewers short enough to fit in the pan.

Brush the shrimp with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the skewers on the pan. Grill the shrimp, turning once, until they are browned on both sides and cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes total. Transfer the skewers to a platter and drizzle the shrimp with some of the sauce. Serve immediately and pass the remaining sauce at the table.
