Ingredients

8 oz. Peppermint candy
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
12 oz. white chocolate bark
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Preparation

Step 1

Crush peppermint candy in a plastic bag Melt chocolate chips plus the oil in microwave. Spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill 30 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate and add 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract. Spread over the cooled chocolate. Sprinkle candy over the top. Chill 30 minutes and break into pieces.
