Ingredients
- 1 cup semi sweet(dark) chocolate
- 3 Tables. dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup confectioners(powdered) sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate -- stir in corn syrup. Blend in bourbon. Ad vanilla wafers and nuts. Mix (with hands is best)ntil evenly mixed. Cover and chill until firm.
Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Store tightly covered.
