Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 2 corn tortillas (6" diameter)
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 ounce thinly sliced cooked skinless chicken breast
- 1 leaf lettuce, cut into shreds
- 2 teaspoons store-bought salsa
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the tortillas for about 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned (they will become crisp as they cool).
2. Transfer the tortillas to a work surface. Place the avocado on 1 tortilla. Top with the chicken, lettuce, salsa, cilantro, and remaining tortilla. With a serrated knife, cut into 2 half-moons.
