Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tab. butter
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 1/2 onion, diced or 2 tab. of dried onion
  • 1 tab. parsley
  • 4 Grands, flaky refrigerated biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken on bottom, plop the butter on top. Then scoop the cream of chicken on top. Pour chicken broth over all. Add onion and parsley. Cook 4-5 hours on high or 8-9 on low. After chicken is cooked, shredded the chicken, put back into soup. Cut biscuits, Cook on high for another hour.
