Macaroni Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shell or salad macaroni
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) can shrimp
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup stuffed green olives chopped (may use black)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
Garnish with eggs and paprika
