Ingredients
- Meatballs
- 2 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 5 teaspoons cumin
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 ground cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sauce
- 1 onions grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large can tomato
Preparation
Step 1
Meatballs:
Add together all ingredients and mix well. Roll into two ounce balls.
Bake in preheated 450 oven for 20 minutes. Add to sauce without oil
Procedure for Sauce:
Sauté onion and garlic. Add tomato and cook for 30 minutes.
Add meatballs and cook for 20 minutes at a slow simmer.
