Ingredients
- BARS:
- ~ 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- ~ 2 Eggs
- ~ 2 Cups Flour
- ~ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- ~ 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- ~ 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- ~ 1 Cup Sour Cream
- ~ 2-3 Bananas (mashed)
- Frosting:
- ~ 3 Ounce Package Cream Cheese (softened)
- ~ 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- ~ 1 Tablespoon Milk
- ~ 6 Tablespoons Butter (softened)
- ~ 3 Cups Powdered Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Bars:
* Preheat Oven to 350
* Cream butter and sugar
* Add bananas, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla, beat well.
* Then add salt, baking soda, and flour, mix well.
* Pour into a greased jelly roll pan
* Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350
* Cool completely before frosting
Icing:
* Cream the cream cheese and butter
* Add vanilla and the milk mix until smooth
* Slowly add the powdered sugar mix until blended
* Frost the cooled banana bars
* Cut and serve
