Ingredients
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 2 1/2 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbls. Dry mustard
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cheese ( any kind)
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
