Villaware Prima pizzelle baker recipe

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1/2 tbsp anise seeds or extract
• 1/2 cup butter (1/4 lb), melted and cooled
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and sugar
Add butter and vanilla (I also add 1/2 tsp almond extract and 1 tsp anise oil)
Sift flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture
Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour
