Pumpkin Rooibos Tea | Integrative Nutrition® Recipes

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Yogi Chai Rooibos tea bags
  • 2 tbsp. fresh pureed pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2-3 dashes of cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 10 drops liquid stevia to taste (raw honey may also be used)
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Collagen Peptides (this is optional, but I use Vital Proteins brand)

Preparation

Step 1

Directions:
1.Steep tea in 12-16 oz. of very hot water for 5 minutes
2.Remove tea bags, then blend all ingredients in a blender (make sure you’re using a blender that is safe for hot liquids)
3.Place tea in a mug and add dashes of cinnamon on top (optional)
4.Serve immediately while warm and frothy (makes 2 servings)
