Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- dash of mint or peppermint extract (optional)
- mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Chopped pecans (as desired)
Preparation
Step 1
Set oven at 325 degrees.
Cream the cream cheese and butter. Add sugar slowly, cream well. Add flour and mix well. Add pecans if desired. Drop by spoonfuls (1/2) on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
