Ingredients
- 2 pds. boneless, skinless chicken, cut into pieces
- 1- 6 pz. can of tomato paste
- 1- 13.5 of coconut milk
- 1 small onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 cups of frozen peas
- 1- 14.5 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 large clove garlic, minced
- 3 tab. honey
- 1 teas. salt
- 1 teas. of crushed red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, honey, garlic, and seasonings. set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients to slow cooker, over with tomato mix.
