Chickpot Curry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 pds. boneless, skinless chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1- 6 pz. can of tomato paste
  • 1- 13.5 of coconut milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1 cup)
  • 2 cups of frozen peas
  • 1- 14.5 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 large clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tab. honey
  • 1 teas. salt
  • 1 teas. of crushed red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, honey, garlic, and seasonings. set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients to slow cooker, over with tomato mix.
