Fantasy Fudge (Betty)

Ingredients

  • 3 C Sugar
  • 3/4 C Butter
  • 2/3 C Evaporated Milk
  • 7 oz jar of Marshmallow Crème
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 12 oz bag of semi sweet chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
  • 1 C Chopped Walnuts . . .

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9 by 13 pan. Mix sugar, butter, and milk in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir to dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a full boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted and thoroughly combined. Beat in Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla. Transfer fudge to prepared pan and let it cool before cutting into squares.
