Red Velvet Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 box Red Velvet Cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 c oil
• Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the cake mix, eggs and oil together. Roll about 1T of dough at a time in powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet. Press slightly down on cookies with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 375 for 9 minutes.
