DOUGHNUT GLAZE

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (113g) butter
  • 1 TO 1 1 /2 teaspoons vanilla extract to taste
  • 6 -9 tablespoons (90-135ml) evaporated milk (can substitute regular milk or water for milder flavor)
  • 2 cups (375g) powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

measure out butter, milk and vanilla into a sauce pan,,, heat on low and add in powdered sugar a little at a time,,, continuing to mix thoroughly until blended... remove from heat and apply to doughnuts
