Lobster Casserole

Ingredients
- Lobster meat
- 2 columns or Ritz crackers
- 2 sticks butter
- 3 cups milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Get meat of 2 lobsters and put on bottom of casserole.
2. Top with 2 columns of Ritz crackers (coarsely crumbled)
3. Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter and add 3 cups milk
4. Pour enough liquid onto lobster and cracker to make it moist by not soupy.
5. Dot with butter then cover with foil.
6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes (Check at 20 min to see if you need more milk)
7. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes longer.
