Ingredients
- 8 oz lasagna noodles
- 1 1lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 (15oz) cans of tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1lb ricotta cheese
- 2 cup Mozzarella cheese - grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and onions - drain. Add tomato sauce and seasonings, simmer slowly for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare lasagna noodles - drain. Arrange one layer of noodles in parallel strips on the bottom of a greased (olive oil spray) 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with 1/3 meat sauce, 1/3 Mozzarella, 1/3 ricotta cheese. Repeat layers ending with the ricotta cheese. Top with noodles and add Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let it stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
