Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla fat free frozen yogurt
- 2 mangoes, peeled pitted and cut into chunks

Let yogurt stand at room temp. until soft, about 10 min. Meanwhile, puree the mango chunks in a food processor.
Line 1 qt bowl with plastic wrap; press 1 cup of the yogurt into the bowl. Spread the mango puree evenly over the top and add the remaining 1 cup of yogurt, pressing gently to smooth its surface but without spreading it. Cover and freeze over night or until frozen through, at least 10 hrs.
Let stand at room temp until soft enough to cut, 10-15 min. When ready to serve, lift the mold out of the bowl by gently tugging at the plastic wrap. Invert onto a serving plate and remove the plastic wrap. Cut into 4 wedges.
