Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and milk. Add bread crumbs. Add baking powder. Add cheese. Add hamburger. Mix with hands.
Put in fridge one hour if you have the time.
Shape (not too big) into balls. Cook in oil until brown.
* Can freeze after cooked.
