Chocolate Oatmeal Crunchies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Butter, Softened
  • 1/3 C. Sugar
  • 1/3 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg Beaten well
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 3/4 C. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 C. Milk
  • 1/2 C. Chopped Nuts
  • 1 1/2 C. Rolled Oats
  • 1 C. Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream Butter with the sugars, add egg & vanilla. Mix Thoroughly
Sift flour, salt and baking powder, add alternately with milk to mixture and blend well.

Stir in oats, nuts, and chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes
