Indian Roasted Cauliflower

  • 4 T. melted butter
  • 1 t. ground cumin
  • 1 T. Garam Masala or Tandoori Spice
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 head cauliflower, rinsed, cored and cut into 2" pieces


Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 60mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 425F
In large bowl combine butter and spices and whisk until blended. Toss in Cauliflower and use a spatula to coat completely. Distribute evenly on a lined baking sheet and roast for 35-35 mins or until stems are tender and edges are browned. Serve hot or warm.
