Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 T. water
- 1 (3 oz) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2-1 t. green food coloring
- 1 t. almond extract
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Mix all ingredient together until well blended. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
