German Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 med. potatoes cooked & cubed
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 1 Tb bacon fat
- 1 Tb chopped onions
- dash of salt & pepper
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in skins. Peel and cube. Fry bacon until crisp. Remove for later. Saute onions in bacon grease about 3 minutes. Mix together in gravy shaker the br. sugar, salt, pepper, water & vinegar; thicken in a pan. Then pour it over the cubed potatoes, onions, crumbled bacon & parsley. Mix & heat.
