Texas Two-Step Chili
Using Cookwell two step chili
- 1-2 lb ground beef
- 1 tbl adams reserve house rub
- 1 jar Cookwell Texas Two-Step chili starter
- 1 package fresh pico de gallo
- 12 oz bottle of shiner bock beer
~Heat a Medium saucepot over medium high heat ~Season the ground beef with adams rub and then brown in saucepot, add pico de gallo and saute for 2 minutes ~Turn the heat down to medium and then drain any excess liquid off of mixture. ~Add the texas two step chili and heat through.
