Texas Two-Step Chili

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbl adams reserve house rub
  • 1 jar Cookwell Texas Two-Step chili starter
  • 1 package fresh pico de gallo
  • 12 oz bottle of shiner bock beer

Preparation

Step 1

~Heat a Medium saucepot over medium high heat
~Season the ground beef with adams rub and then brown in saucepot, add pico de gallo and saute for 2 minutes
~Turn the heat down to medium and then drain any excess liquid off of mixture.
~Add the texas two step chili and heat through.
