Bittersweet Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 4 tsp. neutral vegetable oil (corn, safflower, canola or sunflower)

Melt the chocolate with the oil in a heavy saucepan over very low heat, stirring until smooth.
