Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Sprinkle yeast over water and stir til dissolves.

2.) Add 2 T oil, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar, and 3 c. flour, stir until combined.

3.) Knead 5 min and place in bowl and brush lightly with olive oil. Cover with town and let rise in warm place for one hour.

4.) Lightly oil pan, punch dough and place in pan stretching to fit.

5.) Brush with olive oil, cover with towel and let rise 1 hour.

6.) Spread sauce to within 1 inch of edge, bake 30 minutes.

7.) Remove from oven and arrange toppings. Bake 10 minutes.
