Ingredients
- Salad:
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup purple onion, chopped
- 1 T sugar
- 3 T cidar vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 3 T water
- 1 T honey
- Spicy seasoning:
- 2 1/2 T paprika
- 2 T garlic powder
- 1 T salt
- 1 T ground red pepper
- 1 T ground black pepper
- 4 (4 oz) skinned and boned chicken breast halves

2. Whisk together, cover, and chill dressing.
3. Combine seasoning.
