  • To Make the Jar:
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Step 1

To Make the Jar:
Gently layer all ingredients in a 1 quart jar except for the butter, egg, and vanilla. Seal tight and add a note with baking instructions and a list of needed ingredients.- butter, egg, and vanilla.

To make the Cookies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. IN the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and 2 tsp of vanilla and mix to incorporate. Add contents of jar and mix on low speed until everything comes together. Using a medium cookie scoop, drop balls of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
