BBQ Shrimp With Crab Stuffing Recipe - Dairy Free

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1 lb. can lump Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • Margarine
  • Onion
  • Celery
  • Garlic
  • Lemon
  • Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients as shown. Place shrimp on shallow pan and then add stuffing into split (butterfly) shell-on shrimp. Baste with melted margarine. Now cook in a covered grill using indirect heat at 350f for about 15-20 minutes, or just until shrimp loose their opaque color. Add lemon slices and sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with melted garlic butter.
