Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1/3 C white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 C crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/3 C water

Preparation

Step 1

In a large Ziploc bag, combine onion garlic, water, vinegar, soy sauce and pepper
Add steak and turn to coat
Refridgerate overnight
Drain and discard marinade
Coat grilled rack with cooking spray
Grill covered over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side
Let stand for 5 minutes thinly slice across the grain and sprinkle with blue cheese to serve
