STANDING RIB ROAST - SLOW COOKED

  • 1 standing rib roast, any size
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

At noon, preheat oven to 375F. Season roast with salt and pepper. Place uncovered, in preheated oven. After 1 hour turn off oven and do not open door. Forty minutes before serving, turn oven on again to 375F for medium-rare in center and well-done around edges. So convenient for when you do not know exactly when serving time will be.
