Chocolate Coconut Roll

Ingredients

  • Melt: 1/2 C. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C. butter
  • Add: 1 C. sifted powdered sugar
  • Add: 3 C. small marshmallows
  • Mix together, divide in half, and put on coconut-covered waxed paper and roll.
  • Freeze about 4 hours. Slice. Store in refrigerator.
