Ingredients

• 3 cups sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1 1/4 cup corn syrup
• 3 tablespoons Anise flavoring
• Food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Boil first 3 ingredients to hard crack stage. Add flavoring and coloring. Pour into 9x13 buttered pan. As it cooks, score into bite size pieces with knife. When cold, turn onto board and tap with a knife.
