Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 large Dungeness crabs, cooked
- 3 tbsp parsley
- Zest of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup green onions for garnish

Step 1
Preheat oven to 500
Melt butter with oil in skillet. Stir in garlic, garlic powder, shallots and red pepper. Add crabs and parsley. Stir to combine
Place skillet in oven and roast the crabs until heated through, stirring once. About 15 minutes
Transfer crabs to platter. Place pan over medium heat and add zests, lemon, orange and wine. Boil sauce until reduced by half. About 5 minutes
Add crabs back into skillet and toss to coat.
Garnish with green onions.
